Privacy Policy
PlatOS, by Platos Collective LLC · Effective August 12, 2026
PlatOS is a business operations platform: companies use it to run AI-assisted client work — enquiry handling, drafting, scheduling, and delivery. This policy explains what we collect and how it is used, in plain language.
What we collect
Account information (name, email), the business configuration our customers provide (services, hours, tone), and the working data the platform processes on their behalf — enquiries, drafts, appointments, and connected-tool activity. Payments are processed by Stripe; we never see or store full card numbers.
How it is used
Solely to deliver the service: drafting replies, scheduling appointments inside rules the business owner sets, and keeping an audit trail of what was done and who approved it. We do not sell personal data, and we do not use one customer's data to serve another. Each customer's data is isolated per tenant, enforced at the database layer.
Connected services
When a business connects a third-party tool (for example Google Workspace, Jobber, Slack, or HubSpot), we access only the scopes that integration was granted, only to do the work the business configured, and we stop when the connection is revoked — which the business can do at any time from the platform or from the third-party service itself. Outbound actions on connected tools follow the customer's approval policy.
AI processing
Drafting uses third-party language-model providers. Message content is sent to those providers to generate drafts and is governed by their data-processing terms; we instruct agents never to solicit sensitive health information. Drafts are reviewed under the customer's approval settings before anything is sent.
Retention and deletion
Working data is retained while an account is active. On request, or when an account closes, we delete the tenant's data. Write to us and we will handle it.
