Terms of Service

These terms govern use of PlatOS. By creating an account or using the platform you agree to them.

The service

PlatOS provides AI-assisted business operations: enquiry handling, drafting, scheduling, integrations with third-party tools, and delivery workflows. AI-generated drafts are proposals; customers control what is approved and sent under their approval settings, and remain responsible for the messages and bookings issued under their business name.

Accounts and acceptable use

Keep credentials secure and information accurate. Do not use the platform to send spam or unlawful communications, to misrepresent AI output as sworn human statements, or to attempt access to another tenant's data. We may suspend accounts that break these rules.

Connected services

Connecting a third-party tool authorizes PlatOS to act on it within the scopes granted and the rules you configure. Your use of those tools remains governed by their own terms. You can revoke a connection at any time.

Fees

Paid plans and products are billed as stated at purchase, processed by Stripe. Service-level commitments (for example delivery or approval guarantees) are as stated in the applicable product agreement.

Warranty and liability

The service is provided as-is. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Platos Collective LLC's aggregate liability for claims arising from the service is limited to the fees paid in the three months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

Changes and contact
